In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "br789" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino, sportsbook, and associated digital services operated at https://br789.bid and all subdomains thereof.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" refers to the legal entity operating br789 under its internationally recognised gaming authority license.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service available on the br789 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on br789, through which you access gaming services and manage your PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you into your br789 account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to your account by br789 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by br789 before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of br789 is restricted, blocked, or illegal under applicable laws.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet, wager, game stake, or internal fund transfer carried out within the br789 platform.

By accessing the br789 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the br789 service, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the br789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

To be eligible to use the br789 platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts;
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of the br789 Operator or its affiliated entities;
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by the Operator from time to time;
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from br789 and must not have an existing account that has been closed or suspended by br789 for policy violations;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

br789 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Any account found to have been created by an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on br789. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or household members' identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, br789 may close all associated accounts, confiscate balances, and report the conduct to relevant authorities if fraudulent intent is established.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or Passport, your date of birth, your primary Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. br789 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your br789 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify br789 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. br789 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all br789 accounts before any withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process may also be initiated at any time by br789's compliance team in response to specific account activity or regulatory requirements.

5.1 Required Documentation

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear, unexpired copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back;
• A clear, unexpired copy of your Pakistani Passport (photo page);
• A recent bank statement or mobile wallet transaction history confirming your registered payment method;
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested for additional verification.

5.2 Verification Timelines

br789 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days. During periods of high verification volume, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your KYC has been approved or if additional documentation is required.

5.3 Failure to Verify

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 60 days of the first withdrawal request will be placed under administrative review. br789 reserves the right to return deposited funds to the original payment method and close unverified accounts after adequate notice has been provided.

br789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically processed within minutes, subject to your card issuer's approval.

6.2 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to other individuals, or shared wallets are prohibited. br789 reserves the right to reverse such transactions and apply enhanced scrutiny to the associated account.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on br789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). br789 does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for which br789 accepts no responsibility.

br789 processes withdrawals for fully verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawal requests are subject to the terms set out below.

7.1 Processing Times

br789 targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests from verified accounts:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 10 minutes on average;
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: same business day, subject to bank processing schedules;
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

These timelines are targets and not guarantees. br789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network conditions.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed by br789:

• Your account KYC must be completed and approved;
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or account restriction;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with the balance must be satisfied;
• Your account must not be under active investigation for fraud, money laundering, or policy violations.

7.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

br789 applies a return-to-source policy where possible. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, alternative verified methods may be used at br789's discretion.

All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your br789 account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be disclosed in the specific promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without prior notice.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

br789 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploitation of technical errors in promotional calculations, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and any other conduct that in br789's reasonable judgement constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.

9.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on br789, including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and game shows, are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator technology. The outcomes of all games are mathematically random and are not influenced by the Operator, previous results, player deposit levels, or any other variable.

9.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on br789 is governed by the specific bet type rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports bet outcome, the Operator's decision — made in reference to official data providers and sporting authority rulings — is final.

9.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

br789 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, game malfunctions, or data feed errors. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's Real Money Balance. br789 is not liable for winnings derived from obvious technical errors or pricing mistakes.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on br789. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of play and may vary by game type, player level, and market conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br789 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider information exploitation in relation to sports betting;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits, or use of br789 to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Sharing account access with any third party, whether compensated or otherwise;
• Using payment methods belonging to, or held in the name of, a third party;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing br789 staff members or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account restriction, or geographical restriction measures implemented by br789;
• Accessing br789 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through use of a VPN, proxy, or other geolocation masking technology.

br789 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct is suspected;
• The integrity of the player's KYC documentation is in question;
• The player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require account suspension;
• The account is associated with problem gambling behaviour that warrants protective intervention.

Where an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable obligations) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited depending on the reason for closure.

11.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your br789 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Your verified Real Money Balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

br789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining an environment in which gambling remains an enjoyable leisure activity. br789 recognises that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and provides the following tools to support responsible play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use br789 for personal recreational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, br789 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity disruptions, or third-party service outages beyond br789's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security or to follow br789's security recommendations;
• Damages arising from the Player's violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit br789's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

br789's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the br789 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an account and using br789, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

br789 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance with regulatory obligations, and improvement of platform services. br789 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. br789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, br789 will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, or at the time of next login where notification by email is not practicable.

Your continued use of the br789 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date by contacting br789 support.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently operative version of the Terms. Previous versions are available upon written request to br789's compliance team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which br789's gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by br789's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by br789's licensing authority.

17.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, all complaints should be submitted to br789 support via the Live Chat facility or by email to [email protected]. br789 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

17.2 Language

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
